By paying this invoice, you agree to our pinned Turnaround Time (TAT) policy and the details listed below: 👇🏻
➕*Paying Invoices.*- We have a strict 24 hours paid invoice policy, if you do not pay your invoices within 24 hours we will suspend you from the group for 14 days. If it repeats we will suspend you.
➕ *Combined Shipping:* If you place an order for a ready stock item with a custom patch or a preorder item, the order will not ship until the preorder/custom patch is ready to ship altogether.

* Allow 24-48 hours for a reply.
🚨 *Turnaround Time (TAT):*
Ready Stock- Meaning in the store and ready to ship. We ship the next business day if the order is placed before 2 pm. In some cases orders placed on Fridays will not be picked up until the following Monday.
🚨Please note that our T-shirts require special care:
It's best and we HIGHLY recommend washing items by hand and letting them air dry.
Completed items TAT (tees and sweatshirts) with DTF or Patches-
All the shirts that we create are custom and will take us:
7-14 business days (does not include weekends, public holidays, or our additional closed dates). Please account for any additional closure dates listed in the pinned post and on your invoice. We do not guarantee holiday delivery dates. Please plan accordingly, considering transit times and other factors.
*Hat TAT:* 3-5 business days!
* Larger orders may require additional time for hat inventory and production.
✨ *Hats Warranty:* Hats have a 30-day warranty. Please understand that normal wear and tear are not covered. For example, a hat that looks like it has been heavily worn or damaged cannot be returned with claims such as "the patch is lifting." We use permanent adhesive and an industrial press for all patches, investing time and resources into ensuring quality.
We do not guarantee a specific delivery date, but we always strive to get your items to you within the estimated timeframe.
➕*Credits/Discount Codes:* Must be used within 30 days of receipt
➕*Errors/Missing Items:* Must be reported within THREE (3) business days of receiving your delivery. If not reported within this timeframe, we will not fix, replace, or resend the item.
* Example: We cannot address a missing item reported 15 weeks after delivery.
✔️ *Please check our additional close dates pinned at the top of the group:* If your order is scheduled to go out during a week we are closed, it will be completed the week after we return. 😉
🔥 *Claims:* If your item arrives damaged, lost, or with any other issues, you must provide all necessary information for filing a claim, as outlined at the bottom of your invoice. WE DO NOT offer refunds but will provide a reship or store credit.
* Remakes will be made within 7-14 business days.
➕*Preorders:* Overseas items have an approximate TAT—customs and other factors can delay transit! NO REFUNDS will be given on preorders.
🔥Custom Patches
We only offer EXCLUSIVE PATCHES for orders of 100 pieces per design.
PRICE BREAK- We have a price incentive for larger orders.
No Zip Code Protection- we do not zip code protect our patches.
✔️We always make extras of the custom patch for your order. If you don't need the extras, they will be released to the public 3 weeks after we ship your patches.
🚨 *Turnaround Time (TAT):*TAT Please remember the following: These items cannot be rushed and take time to produce. Kindly refrain from inquiring about the status of your custom patch Please refer back to the Turnaround Time (TAT) provided to you on your invoice.😉
➕ *Digital Mockups:* will be on an ash gray sweatshirt and white tee unless you request prior to placing your mock up order. Turnaround for mockups is 5-10 BUSINESS days, and they will be sent during the production week.
➕*Sample Sew-outs*- will be sent 3-4 weeks after you place your custom patch order. After approval NO changes can be made.

That the colors you view on your PC or phone screen may not be a 100% accurate representation of the sample sew-out patch. Actual colors may vary. This is due to computer monitors displaying colors differently and everyone can see these colors differently. We try extremely hard to ensure our photos are as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your monitor. We cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product.

➕*Washing Instructions*- it’s important that you provide your customer with accurate washing instructions.

➕ *No Refunds/Returns:* If you are unhappy with your purchase, please send us a message for resolution. While we do not offer refunds, we may provide store credit for future use within 30 business days.
➕ *In-store/Porch Pickup:* You will receive a message once your item is ready for pickup. You must pick up your item within 1-3 business days, or you will be billed for shipping. If the item is non-personalized and not picked up, it will be restocked, and you will receive a 50% refund of the purchase price.
➕ *Shipping Delays:* Once your package is with USPS or UPS, shipping times are out of our control. Please allow 24-48 hours for packages to scan. This is not the seller's responsibility if shipped on time but does not arrive by the expected date.
➕*Damages/Claims:* Any items damaged in transit must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied by photos of the damaged item and shipping materials (required for insurance claims). Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable. A replacement or refund will not be provided until the necessary photos are received.
