At 6j Threads LLC, we take pride in creating high-quality custom tees made just for you! Because each item is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom tees unless there is an issue with the order due to our error.
Refunds & Replacements
We will offer a replacement or refund only under the following conditions:
•Defective or Damaged Items: If your custom tee arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing error, or damage, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
•Incorrect Order Received: If you receive the wrong size, design, or color due to our mistake, we will gladly correct the order at no additional cost.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot issue refunds or accept returns for:
•Sizing Issues: Please review the size chart before ordering, as we cannot offer refunds for incorrect sizing.
•Customer Errors: We are not responsible for mistakes made during ordering (e.g., selecting the wrong size, color, or design).
•Normal Wear & Tear: Fading, slight color variations, or natural fabric distress over time are not considered defects. We cannot provide any resolution if an item has been washed or altered in any way.
